Olivier started his career in Information Technology Consulting where he served over five years small to big-size organizations in various industries - telecommunication, pharmaceutical, and airline - in their efforts to integrate business functions, increase productivity, and improve customer service.
He authored a book that received wide recognition.
He lived in Canada, England, France, Spain, and United States; Gained fluency in English, French and Spanish. For the last three years, Olivier has been responsible for IT innovation within a major mobile phone operator. He realized projects implementing new technologies and delivering high value to the business.
His current goal is, after a thorough understanding of Business constraints and new technologies, to launch innovative projects that bring values to internal or external customers. He advices top management on key IT strategy preocupations like Open Source or Innovation in IT. Olivier is also coordinating an innovation network of seven working groups investigating new trends like Business Process Management, Business Activity Monitoring, IP Multimedia Services, Web Services, or XML (from Technology to their impact on the organization).
Olivier holds a master’s degree in computer science from University Pierre & Marie Curie in Paris, and an MBA from IESE Business School.
