• Manage and do quality audits for a list of national and international (USA, UK, Singapore, Indonesia, Argentina...) suppliers delivering products or services associated with commercialised products,
• Follow action plan implementation issued from quality audits,
• Do internal monthly report and yearly external report concerning quality status of suppliers using QDS standard (Quality, Delay, Service),
• Manage claims from opening of Non Conformities until closing of it for his list of suppliers,
• Manage all suppliers deviation requests,
• Contribute to the processus efficiency in the Supply-Chain organisation,
• Implementation of First Article Inspection in the plant,
• Responsible to agree first sample and Supplier Quality Plan with help of Production and/or concerned Métier organisation for his list of suppliers,
• Qualify suppliers by managing Supplier Quality Assurance program defined and by presenting it to Supplier Homologation Committee,
• Propose improvements for all procedures which may affect quality of the supplied parts,

• Audits and suppliers follow-up,
• Initialize and follow-up of suppliers quality improvement plan,
• Deal with non quality issues linked to suppliers,
• Contribute with the purchasing department to the process efficiency,
• Product validation/special processes (plasma nitriding, anodizing...)

• Quality interface with customer Airbus Hambourg and suppliers,
• Customer interface co-ordination, balance and indicators,
• THSA A340- 500/600 Quality development,
• Risks analysis technical/project/industrial/commercial,
• FAI Management (First Article Inspection) THSA A340-500/600,
• Troubleshooting of returns & actions plans,
• Product/process internal et external audits achievement & follow-up,
• Bench try-out qualification and improvement,
• ISO9001 - version 2000 implementation participation and procedure development.

• Management of product quality risks & problems,
• Management of process quality risks & problems,
• Product/Process quality insurance software Development and support called P.A.RI.S (Product & Risk Analysis Software),
• Meeting preparation and participation to Milestones meeting of the project.

In Great-Britain (september 2000 - march 2002) :
• Audit product management for the production « ramp-up »,
• Results and quality indicators management (macros Excel),
• Return management and quality reporting,
• Follow-up and issues provisional resolution glide path management (data base implementation).
