Olivier J. FIAUD, Esq., born 1976, French national, is Avocat à la Cour (Attorney-at-Law/Rechtsanwalt) and is admitted to legal practice with the Paris Bar since 2004. Practicing in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg since 2005, he is on a weekly basis present in both Paris and Luxembourg cities.

Olivier was academically trained at Harvard Law School, King's College London Law School, University of Paris-II Pantheon-Assas Law School from undergraduate to postgraduate levels and professionally trained with Paris Bar School as well as within international law firms like Norton Rose or Hammonds Suddard Edge.

Starting 1999, his previous experiences spanned between several legal positions either in Paris, London, New-York and Luxembourg, where he served most distinguishly for H.E. Secretary Kofi Annan at U.N. Secretariat in New-York or French tycoon Bernard Arnault at LVMH Paris.

Olivier has extended networks in EMEA & North America areas among business, finance & diplomatic fields. His clients are located mainly in France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg and are either corporations or individuals.

Olivier is a member of the American Bar Association, of the United Nations Association of Former Interns and Fellows and of the Club des Jeunes Financiers (French finance young executives club). He is also the founder of an international conservation NGO.

Olivier speaks English, French and German.
