• Successfully led a project of a repair activity transfer from US to Hungary. Managed world-wide planning responsibilities on this supplier after the transfer and animated weekly conferences with the US team to review WW repair capacity.
• Recognized as active key user in the supply chain re-engineering project consisting of move from one to four distribution centers in EMEA and in the move from legacy systems to SAP after the HP-Compaq merger.
• Managed introductions and end-of-life for the DDS, DLT and LTO spares.
