the policies territorial concerned and of the positions taken by administrations of State.
An assistance with the installation of strategies holding account of the preceding approach and in particular:
-land approach,
- the development of specific products (student, local residences for credits, office buildings, buildings industrial, commercial buildings of centre town or in Z.A., shopping mall or not),
- the development of the relational network towards the authorities and actors concerned and constitution of partnerships,
- the participation of the zones in "stakes" located by the communities or of the large national or international operators.
2. Operational assistance by project:
Operation by operation we can ensure for whole or part, the execution
of the following tasks:
- assistance to a final feasibility study,
-assistance with the relations with the land interlocutors,
-assistance with the whole of the relations and steps with the administrations and authorities concerned,
- participation in the meetings of work per project,
