Finance & accounting: building base lines budget and over-time projection scenarios, valuation of target costing and savings through identification of business leverages, target pricing (local & international taxes, contingencies) and associated assumptions.
Client relationship: With high level Mgt., deal structuring (contacts, data room, phasing, due dilligence...), present business case and key points.
Negociations: taking part in negociation phase (financial terms & conditions)
