LL Berg, a law firm specialised in M&A / Private Equity managed by Olivier Abergel (Ex Veil and Lovells, Doctorate in Corporate Law) and Christophe Bornes (ex Gide and Lovells, HEC), celebrates its first birthday and draws up a first assessment.

The boutique firm has acted for a number of small & mid caps investment funds of Venture and Growth Capital (such as 123Venture) and LBO (such as Cerea Capital), as well as representing Managers on several M&A transactions.

To accompany this growth, the firm relocated to 40, rue de Monceau 75008 Paris and welcome Christophe Bornes who came to develop the Public M&A and LBO practices.

With a "quasi-exclusive" approach, the firm has decided to limit the number of clients it takes on in each practice area, and to continue to facilitate the personal and daily involvement of its partners in the files that they work on.
