Manage and coordinate IRL research projects and is the principal liaison with IRL clients and their representatives in relation to projects undertaken. Project & Team Management tasks include: the lead and direction of all aspects of project implementation; finalize all IRL reports and make presentations to cli-ents; to assist in the development of and finalize with clients research method-ology and instruments. Administrative tasks include the development of training materials as well as the provision of internal training so as to build IRL senior management capacities. | |
