	Calyon is one the biggest French investment bank in the world. I am working in the Equity Finance department. I am in charge of software development. That does it mean I am project leader for all IT projects on my desk. I talk with my coworkers to know what they need and I do specification. After that, I send it to the IT team or I do by myself. I am also in charge of the business development of derivative products (Futures, TRS...).
