- in charge of legal requests from business development/licensing, advertising sales, marketing, and other business clients.
- Advise sales professionals and management, as well as finance and other company departments on legal issues and risks, complex deal structures, approval processes, company policies and procedures, intellectual property, and negotiation strategy.
- Negotiate agreements that comply with company policies – including Revenue Recognition Issues and French, Spanish and Italian laws.
- Training and communication regarding legal concepts for use by business people.
- Daily review, draft and negotiation in French, English and Spanish of sales contracts, licenses/intellectual property agreements and other IT agreements including Reseller agreements and Distributor Agreements.
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
