Responsibilities:

Concept, Design and Development of web-applications for call centre agents at AOL using Java technologies and web standards applying an agile methodology based on Scrum:
Gathering and writing of customer requirements (as user stories).
Creation and update of MVC (Model View Controller) applications design. Creation and update of ERDs (Entities Relation Diagrams).
Contribute in global architectural definition for all applications developed by the Software Engineering Team (5 other Software Engineers and 4 QA Engineers).
Production of SQL script for database creation and update.
Investigation and implementation of agile methodology (Scrum Master).
Leader and Scrum Master of development team during specific projects. Web applications (new and legacy) lifecycle responsibility (code writing, solving and prioritising bugs during QA and production phases).
Development tools administration.
Team leader and acknowledged subject matter expert for all Knowledge Management based developments for AOL Europe and partners (Research and Development).

Self trained and autonomous in Java development within 2 months.
