Engaged with ConMed Linvatec on the search of top talented senior packaging and R& engineers for high-tech orthopedic implants and instruments foe minimal invasive surgery.

Working directly with the Staffing Director at 3PAR in sourcing, screening and engaging the right candidate for several SW engineering positions and currently assisting on the search of a Global Compensation Manager to play a key role in the company's next phase of worldwide expansion.
