I'm a Headhunter working in the mid to executive end of high-tech executive search (£80k up). While the majority is still UK based, a large portion is internationally facing or located.

We have about a 50/50 split between start-up's and blue-chip's and seem to punch above our weight - possibly due to the levels of experience within our team.
