I am working in energy strategy for insular territories. I am based in Reunion Island and work for Mayotte, Comoro or Mauritius.
Now, I am very desirous to work in an industrial environnement for the management or the construction of local ressources exploitation units for electricity production or water tratment.
After a formation in industrial management and thank to an experience of 2 years in the industrial logistic management, I hope to offer to a company the skills and the know-how acquired during these last years by sharing my professional, voluntary, rigorous character and my international mobility.

Worldwide leader in manufacture of rotating machines for power cables production lines. The mission follows up the buy-out, the restructuring and the increase of the activities of the company (600 production units done in 2005 for 3000 foreseen in 2007). I was in charge of the reorganization, the control and the improvement of the supply chain. I have created tools to control the entire supply chain and have improved the information system (design department <=> production). I have created new jobs and I have organized the change. I was responsible of the production scheduling and his reporting, the sourcing and the transfer of the technologies of manufacturing and I have standardized the range of production to realize a production by lots. | |
