• Participating in the QCMS: Quality Chain Management system implementation and improvement( Food Safety, HACCP...);
• Managing the Kraft Foods Morocco laboratory;
• Daily Quality Key Performance Indicators follow up for both production units;
• Performing GMP: Good Manufacturing Practices and Best Practices audits;
• Working with R&D teams for new products trials and validation;
• Working with different involved departments for all change projects in production units;
• Non Sensitive Supplier Auditor training by International Auditing Team in Cairo in Egypt;
• Performing Suppliers Quality Audits for Kraft Foods International in Morocco and United Arab Emirates;
• Training on ISO standards ”Internal Audit” by DNV in Bremen Germany ;Certificate delivered by DNV ;
• Participating in the QA Managers Meeting in Istanbul Turkey;
• Planning and realization of training plan for each department;
• Participating in working group on Security and International Penal Court visit in The Hague The Netherlands;
• Preparing and managing budgets for Quality and SSE Departments;
• Member of the Kraft Foods Morocco SST (Special Situation Team).
