Position: International Human Resources Director - SAFT Power Systems Group Scope: Staff 1600 - Manufacturing Industry Collective Award Agreement - 11 legal entities in Europe, North America & Asia Responsibilities · Implementation and enhancement of HR policies to support worldwide business objectives · HR support for the Chief Operating Officer: managerial improvement program for business units · HR Director for the Romanian manufacturing factory (Staff 220, 3 shifts per day) Achievements · Developed a multinational culture, overseeing 9 local HR managers, in a highly matrix organization · Created an IT skills center in charge of the implementation of SAP (ERP) in France and Malaysia · Coordinated transversal HR projects: mobility, remuneration, bonus scheme, hiring, headcount report Position: Human Resources Director - SAFT Power Systems SA Scope: Staff 300 based in Tours (manufacturing), Nanterre (headquarters and commercial team), Dubaï & Cyprus (sales offices). Responsibilities · Member of the Management Committee working closely with the CEO and the Chairman · Led the HR team (7 people) to provide a comprehensive day-to-day operational HR service to managers and employees based in France and Middle East · Led workers' council meetings (WC) and negotiated workplace bargaining agreements · Took part in the due diligence managed by Ripplewood, buyer of the Power Systems Division Achievements · Led workers' council meetings in a crisis period to meet deadline for the ALCATEL division’s sale · Prevented work stoppage by cooperating with company’s unions in context of sale · Established communication program with the future American Management to ensure smooth transition from a French Division’s culture to a global player organization | |
