•Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase requests / orders.
•Gather information about products using catalogues and Internet to be ordered.
•Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

•Coordinate with logistics that arrived shipment is filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
•Maintain and update vendor database, manage agreements, review performance and contracts recommending contract modifications when necessary.
•Maintain knowledge of all organisational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organisation staff members and to vendors.
•Support in preparing Requests for Information / Proposal (RFI / RFP).

•Coordinate between sales departments in UK, production and merchandising departments in Morocco.
•Planning of production orders onto machines, and ensuring that there are no over-makes (Ensure Capacity of the lines, availability of raw materials and Customer requirement).
•Monitoring progress of all production orders at all sites, and notifying Sales immediately of any indication that an agreed delivery date might not be met and agree what should be done as far as Production is concerned.
•Check levels of Raw Materials stocks are within target levels to ensure production continuity
