Manage the RTC, an internal treasury center covering US Headquarters and eight other subsidiaries in North America to better handle internal fund allocation by utilizing Zero Balance Account structures

Monitor the utilization of all North American loans (over 500M MXN and 130M USD) to ensure maximum efficiency through cash forecasts

Regulate the allocation and reporting of the Asset Backed Securities loan (300M USD)

Secure a 3 month exposure coverage for North American imports and exports by hedging Mexican peso and U.S. dollar

Present a monthly business report directly to the Chief Financial Officer regarding outstanding loans, cash flow projections, foreign exchange forecasts and project updates

Coordinate efforts by JP Morgan, Sunguard, and LG Electronics to create a global treasury system to standardize all chart of accounts and automate book entries for all cash movements

The Mayor's Office of Neighborhoods was established based on a recommendation of the Neighborhood Planning Program Steering Committee, and the Neighborhood Revitalization Transition Team in 2001. These committees consisted of a diverse group of community leaders, foundation directors, community development corporation representatives and others that have a passionate interest in improving Baltimore City neighborhoods.


My position:
Collaborated on new public safety initiatives with the Baltimore Police Department, the Baltimore/Washington High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Community Policing Institute

Performed qualitative data analysis to support crime prevention and intervention strategies in targeted districts

Advised the Creative Baltimore Initiative, a workgroup created to promote Baltimore as a diverse and opportunity-rich city in order to attract and retain graduating students and young professionals

Developed and maintained several databases for police districts and citizens participating in crime watch programs

Served as interim Korean liaison for the Mayor’s Office for which duties included translating relevant Korean periodicals and representing the Mayor at multicultural events
