Participation in the creation of the site FAURECIA mechanism in China (Wuxi)
-set up and follow up of 4 assembly’ manuals lines (slides 4CB and 449, recliners and Ballfix) and 5 welding machines,
-Make sure of the durability of the technology transfer (process and products): training of the Chinese team and systematic writing of procedures.
- Heat Treatment project manager : pilot of the heat treatment launch with an external supplier (Bodycote). Make sure of the planning respect in a quality control environment,
- Technical assistance to the creation of a local suppliers panel (spare parts).

- Drawing review with the Design department,
