Responsible for the contracting and the commercialisation of the new brand Adagio. Relationships with Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.

Adagio is the result of the joint venture 50/50 between the 2 leaders ACCOR and Pierre & Vacances.

With 22 Aparthotels nowadays, Adagio is planning to become the Leader in Europe on this market.

Located in France, in Italy and in Switzerland at the moment, the openings to come will concern all the major European cities.

The concept of Adagio is to offer fully equipped apartments in the heart of the cities.

2006 - 2007 : ACCOR

Sales Coordinator - Leisure
•To support Director of Global Leisure Sales (DOS) and Sales Manager’s (SMgrs) in account and contract management of FIT and Group accounts.
•Key point of contact within ACCOR UK Head Office for Clients under DOS and SMgrs, when they are out of the office.
•Key point of contact within ACCOR UK Head Office for Hotels when discussing accounts under DOS and SMgrs, when they are out of the office.
•Handle and resolve specific queries relating to either account or hotels under the account lists.
•Load FIT and Group Contracts into ASA for respective hotels with correct rate levels and allocations/Freesale or connectivity where appropriate.
•Load Group contracts – Series and Ad-hoc into ASA for respective hotels.
•Create Contracts to be sent to clients in preparation of negotiation meetings with appropriate signature.
•Update ASA to reflect all FIT and Group Contracts from proposal to completion stage.
•Handle all FIT and Group enquiries within 48 hours and load them in ASA.
•Manage an effective filing system by account, with all contracts by season and by completion.
•Manage a continuously up to date Account Brochure Library.
•Assist and Coordinate organisation of British Travel Trade Fair, and any other exhibitions Accor commit to or attend. (Liase with Reed/Marketing Agency/Collateral and Stock holders/ hoteliers etc).
•Produce and manage generic and client specific PowerPoint presentations for the Leisure team.
•Participate in brochure distribution, client mailings, etc…
•Use Accor Sales Application (ASA) as per ASA rules.
•Help sales support colleagues in any other reasonable requests as part of the sales support team.
