I have in Belize in the real estate some tourism projects of rentals. Belize is Maya headquarters of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Belize. Tourism ventures such as getting tourist from abroad to lodge in Belize at a couple Kilometers to Xunantunich Ruin and a a 2 minutes walk to Mopan River is wonderful.

Belize is the headquarters of Mundo Maya for tours from abroad and one of the 7 new wonders of the world Chichen Itza is 5 hours ride from my place and throughout the Caribbean - there's no cruise destination like Belize. There's no other destination that can take a visitor from reef to rain forest to ruin in less than an hour - and all in the company guides who speak English as a first language.:--

The overall level is around 6,000 sq ft and that includes 16 room hotel with its ammenities. Measurements are 27ft x 12 ft and includes a bathroom, bedroom and porch. If you want or your contact wants villas you can get 8 villas per level, therefore it can take 32 villas of 27ft x 24 ft, with 1 or 2 bedrooms kitchenettem, living-dinning, bathroom and porch. The villas cost 15% more than price above due to more furnitures, walls and AC system. I also give a commision of 10% for the overall complete transaction and discount of US$140.00 per month for each year paid in advance up to 20 yrs. Therefore if you pay 20 yrs in advance you'll pay $5,300.00-2,800.00 = $2,500.00/mth.
