"At least 2 or 3 years of work experience expected". This is often written on a job offer. This is why I decided to work in 6 different firms, in 3 different countries, since 2005. Each time, I learnt something new:
- Research and development methods in Loire Valley (France)
- Analysis of wines in Burgundy (France)
- Brewery in Belgium
- English and wine production in New Zealand
- Microbiology and winemaking in Languedoc-Roussillon (France)
Now I'm working for a prestigious winery in Chablis, and I don't regret anything!
