Renault Trucks SAS Bring a specific support to the commercial services: - Formalized processes - Identified and qualified processes dysfunctions - Proposed corresponding actions plans - Described expected services from the process suppliers - Defined the communication strategy toward the different actors of the processes and redacted the corresponding communication plan - Organised operational/steering committees - Mobilized processes actors Lafarge Worldwide project (confidential): - Responsible for the program communication Volvo IT France During a project of financial globalisation: - Formalized and analysed the processes impacted by the project - Processes reengineering - Measured and qualified the projects impacts according to different axes : job, process & organisation, culture - Change management (communication, training) - Key users mobilisation INDUSTEEL Creusot/CREUSOT METAL Implemented two information systems in the two entities (specific manufacturing executive system and SAP for the back office): - Responsible for the training and communication streams when the company - Defined the training strategy and plan, organised the training roll-out, managed the trainers (8 functional and redactors, 1500 hours of training, 1000 trainees) - Defined and formalized the communication strategy and plan, participated in the communication actions Renault Trucks SAS In order to prepare the quality audit : - Realized a diagnosis of the dysfunctions and weaknesses of a sample group of processes - Elaborated with the processes chose a short term action plan - Defined new key performance indicators - Mobilized quality interlocutors to the key performance indicators definition and follow up Appia Rolled out an ERP in France for 3500 users: Accounting, Purchasing and Project management and Follow up. - Animated the training courses (5 modules destined to the Managers, Key users, Works foremen, Studies, Purchasers and Suppliers Account) - Wrote part of the users’ guides Purchases and Studies - Assisted the roll out in the subsidiaries Volvo IT France Clarified their product and service offer - Assisted the managers in defining their services and products offers - Managed the workshops in order to define and produced the services agreement - Created project communication EDF Implemented a web application for facility management in the estate department - Assisted the project leader for the roll out - Created a deployment kit (Project management, user guides, communication kit) - Assisted the roll out in the pilot subsidiaries Alcatel Reconstructed the « Supply Chain » (world wide project) - Defined and formalized the pedagogical approach - Created the training plan (processes : Planning, Order Management et Data Referential) - Brought methodological support for the experts’ consultants to create the training documentation (system and job) Rhodia Implemented a worldwide data warehouse destined to the HR managers : - Created a training kit, job and tool - Defined the communication around the project INEO Harmonised the information systems of the different entities: - Responsible for the training stream: defined the training strategy and plan, organised the training roll-out, managed the trainers (200 sessions, 75 training sites, 6 trainers, 2000 trainees) - Communication: Produced the various actions Accor Implemented a web booking system - Animated the training courses (job and system) - Trainees: directors, heads of departments, receptionists | |
