My main focus is to implementation the global sales and marketing strategy in this region where the Thomson influences is getting bigger every day. I am responsible of the improvement and management of the Thomson's direct sales and distribution canals in South East Area for all the product range. My aim is to improve our distribution capabilities and motivate our partners to increase our market shares especially in the video Network & Broadcast activities. In addition to that I have to follow up projects from the technical and commercial sides up to the conclusion, and lead the negotiations with key customers. I am in contact with the various factories and Thomson locations over the world (Germany, US, UK ...) on a daily basis and I travel several times in Eastern Europe each month. | |
