I am actually the Logistics Director of the Hungarian Branch of the Bricostore Company.
After having managing several logistics projetcs as implementation of warehouses in Hungary (6500sqm), Romania (2000sqm) and Croatia (1000sqm) for storage and cross docking facilities, I am actually in charge of leading the Logistics department for Hungary.
I am actually leader of a team of 4 persons, with an annual budget reaching 2,5M€.
My main tasks are operationnal (management of the warehouse's operations, containers' management, customs clearance...) and strategic (budget definition, costs control, stock analysis, providers' contracts negociation, sizing and optimization of the warehouse facilities...).
My main successes concern the warehouse implementation with the delivery network, the IT WMS system implementation and the optimization of the flows which allows Bricostore Hungary to gain more than 40% of stock value in the stores.”
