Customer Relationship: •Establish relationships with key Airlines accounts. o United Airlines o Lufthansa o Singapore Airlines o Thai Airways •Pre Sales and Consulting. •Contribute to RFPs/RFIs Product Positioning: •Gather business product requirements by translating customer needs – support in the SOR (Statement of Requirement) document •Create, update and distribute the Business Analysis document for the proposal of a new Ticketing product •Support in the creation of Product Overview, Product Plan, Contract and Business Cases for the launch of new products or the enhancement of existing ones •Support Airlines with product deployments and coordinate launch of product with impacted teams Marketing and Communication: •Create, update and distribute the Marketing and Communication •Internal and external communication in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department – Support on the distribution and content of Sales Kit | |
