Am working for Maersk Senegal,shipping company member of A.P.MOLLER group leader in this domain through the world. Am responsible for the Yard Operations meaning to have have whole Terminal running correctly without failure, by providing to each departement human ressources and equipment needed to handle daily tasks. Heading a team of 63 members involved in Operations departement, am responsible for equipment and staff deployment to ensure better service delivery on the vessel Operations,Intermodal and railway Operations inside the Yard.
