• Scoped the deliverables for a transaction reconciliation tool which allowed CHEP to reconcile its invoices with its customers’ equipment flows
• Managed the rollout of a lean account management process and a compliance measurement routine in Germany and Benelux that lead to an increase of 20% in customer contact time
• Employed six sigma processes and change management methodologies to several projects
