The purpose of this mission was to analyse and make proposals in order to improve the existing dashboard used in Logistic Department

- A wider scope of the existing dashboard by simplifying the data while adding information regarding internal jobs.

- New formula for Productivity calculation

- Elaboration of a synthetic dashboard with more visual informations such as graphs and "traffic light" indicators.

- Control of Sidel Group's Sales Report including all the subsidiary companies.
- Follow up and reporting on orders intake, forecast, margins… spread to Group Board
- Creation and implementation of news tools for activity analysis
- Organisation of abroad training sessions for people using those tools, the data warehouses and Business Object in the USA and in Asia.
