Hilton Meetings Co-ordinator since the opening of the new Hilton Diagonal Mar in Barcelona. Focused on the Hilton Brand standard, made the working process. Improve the Business Centre Strategy. Work with the Banquet and Sells department. Trainer of the new employee. Analysis of the customer satisfaction survey. Make a Yield analysis for the meeting room to maximize the Meeting Room revenue and prepare a plan for 2007. Work on the marketing Mix strategy.
Work placement
2005: 4 months assistant to the Yield Manager in the Hilton Paris Reservation Department making Bookings, Up Selling, Collecting and compiling the Daily Business Figures and entering statistics into a database to produce the Daily Reports.

Promote, sell and control the event spaces and bedrooms available in the hotel.
Responsible for the full sales cycle, from client enquiry, negotiating, contracting, up selling, function sheet to delivery of the event.

Ensure the groups and events request and organize the events. Handle enquiries or provisional booking and send a good proposal in 24:00 to the client.
Match the client requirement and the profitable term for the client. Arrange show round s of the hotel.
Apply up selling techniques to generate incremental revenue. Ensure to maximize the revenue per each enquiry. Prepare and issue written confirmation contract and deposit requirements of booking with the customer agreements. Issue the function file when the event is confirmed and ensures all correspondence from the client regarding the event is filled. Follow up of groups request, option date, chase deposit, and make the function.
