Marion BAILLIARD - BLOMME

I recently earned my Master degree in Human Resources from ESC Toulouse, a Major French Business School.

I also earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology before my degree in Human Resources.

As a Business School student, I worked on a marketing development team, analyzing the market and concurrencies, making recommendations to develop the communication, creating an action planning, and handling partners.
As a Human Resources student, I studied management, recruitment, Human Resources Information Systems, vocational training and development program, remuneration and how to motivate a team. I realized team works on these subjects.

While studying Human Resources, I interned at AUCHAN, where I gained valuable recruitment, communication and management skills. In this role, I helped the Human resources manager in recruiting managers, I recruited myself cashiers and trainees. I also realized a Social Audit for the company based on the French work regulations and organized a show to communicate on careers opportunities in Auchan.
I also interned at MANPOWER during one year, where I gained valuable sales skills. In this role, I recruited temporary staff based on the needs of different companies and I did sales communication and had relations with customers companies.

I am learning employment laws and regulations in United States by myself to be efficient and have a sort of legal handbook for employers
