• Improve control on major company process to increase efficiency and cost reduction
• Participate in special projects (manufacturing plant acquisition)
• Improve commercial/business internal processes (from commercial requests, feasibility and pricing)
• Monitor short and long term revenue forecast and suggest corrective actions
• Cash Flow improvement.
• Organize a Management Team in each of the Italian site developing a common spirit across our 2 Italian sites
• European Role in developing new Fiscal Entities to leverage tax impact.
• Implement new I.T. standard software (SAP)
• Company Risk assessment
• Collaboration with PWC for Sarbanes Oxley implementation
