• Ensure effective management of internal acquisition production process for EMEA strategic markets. - Deliver monthly Continuous Marketing (CMk) files for Cards and Insurance Outbound and Inbound offers in France, Spain, the Netherlands and Austria. - Quality checks of production reports at each stage of the monthly process to make sure we deliver volumes as requested. - Work closely with each market to address any issues both proactively and reactively. - Ensure effective planning and implementation of campaigns working closely with the campaign production manager in Phoenix(US). -Implement via the part system all the required changes in CMK to adapt the process. - Ensure New offer are included in time in CMk. • Support Planning and reporting for internal acquisition offers in non-lead EMEA markets. - Translate local market simulation input into production. - Review TMP vs simulation results to identify any gap/opportunities in the Plan. - Monthly update the Cross-sell Performance Report (CSPR) in order to understand and analyse the performances of each market. • Ensure Customer Experience initiatives are fully compliant. • Deliver and develop weekly files with SAS v9, including making enhancements. • Conduct analysis on performance of the files we are delivering to markets.
