Involved in a variety of Transfer Pricing (TP) project and defence.
- Defence, answers to the tax administration during a tax audit or litigation;
- Involved in a variety of TP project and documentation broken down into functions and risks analysis, selection of transfer pricing method and economic analysis:
- complex modelling to determine an arm’s length transfer price for sub advisory services in one of the biggest international private equity house
- IP pricing advices to many companies under different methodologies (benchmarking, profit split, total available profit)
- advising on the optimal level of debt and interest rate for intra-group borrowings in relation to corporate acquisitions and restructuring (thin capitalisation rules and/or credit rating methods)
- involved extensively in the feasibility study, design and implementation of a business model reorganisation project from a transfer pricing perspective (supply chain)
- Involved in developing contacts and generating work from the M&A tax team and the International Tax team within Deloitte; and
- Member of the Transfer Pricing of Debt Group (TPOD), which is a group of debt specialists.
