- Gather, record and analyze data about customers, competitors, technologies, market trends and other market information to provide strategic insights
- Propose and define strategic initiatives based on research findings to the marketing team
- Identify key market contacts and develop qualified leads for sales to get new customers
- Create existing and potential customer databases
- Update and coordinate Business Units Intranet Portal site by publishing research findings in adequate format
