“creation of a central purchasing department, focus on supplier qualification and rating processes” for 3 month then change manager SAP in the logistics department – change management team in partnership with IBM/Global Value, focus on the international deployment/ French subsidiary on the modules FI-CO-SD-MM-WM-AFS-BW. (“as is” and “to be” process design, job roles analysis, training planification and organization, post go live support, system use assessment)

Sector: Miscellanous manufactured products

In collaboration with the director, project and contract manager of public roads and building programs in SELC (Société d’Équipement du département de Loir et Cher - see http://www.scet.fr) French private-public agency within the Département de Loir et Cher (the French equivalent of Italian region).

• General co-ordination: architects, technical project manager, contractors, French administrations, monthly reporting to “Departement”, control of cost and schedule status.

• Studies and design: public meetings with municipalities to present projects and writing of reports following, general control of technical projects, feasibility studies; tracking of public benefit surveys.

• Preparation of contracts and contractor selection according to French laws.
• Works : weekly meetings on the construction sites, financial and schedule control, cost tracking, contract adjustments.

• Organization of selection of technical project manager, control of pre-projects and review of building permits, general overview of financial reports and construction progress.
