- Advising the French central bank on possible reforms of the cash cycle at european and national level in concertation with business associations and the Ministry of Finances.
- Preparation, negociation and implementation of agreements regarding the provision and survey of the cash cycle.
- Advising on the legal issues regarding notes and coins asked by businesses, individuals or public intitutions dealing with cash issues.

Sector: Economic Development - Consular Agencies

Revision of the French Commerce Code in order to recodify it.
- Discussion of substantive legal aspects with experts, and simplification of the access to the law by citizens. Extensive knowledge of French commercial and corporate law.
- Use of ITC tools (i.e. codification software, word processing, database and internet research), communication skills (arranging internal meetings).
- Member of the French codificators network.

Sector: Law - Justice

Organisation of regulatory reform of France revision and anti-bribery convention evaluation. Tasks involved: setting up of the OECD missions, organising and planning interministerial meetings (involving more than 50 high level officials), and managing information demands of the French delegation and Foreign Affairs Ministry, membership of French delegation at OECD committees and working parties (i.e. GOV, DAF, DAC), extensive use of communication tools and procedure (e.g. OLIS).
