Project Management
• Provide first point of contact with customers
• Perform audit of the existing solutions
• Provide business analysis and facilitate high level requirements definition
• Provide functional specifications and interfaces analysis
• Monitor projects from initiation to close-out with a focus on:
o Budget monitoring
o Planning monitoring
o Trainings and documentation
o Acceptance and validation phases with customers
• Act as a functional expert for customers
• Act as a mentor for the internal teams
• Perform change management activities
• Responsible for customers’ functional support

Consulting and auditing
• Participate in the definition and setting up of the Knowledge Management processes
• Participate in setting up the communication and information plans and materials
for the KM solution to increase users’ acceptance and to develop business opportunities
• Participate and coach workshops to define and deploy a global
KM platform integrating effectively all the companies bought by Atos Origin
• Provide expertise on request for other external clients
