I am in the business of helping organizations transfer their critical knowledge to thei employees or third party in diverse locations and countries through the use of an easy to use knowledge capture transfer technology. The clients I work with are leaders in their field on an international level (Toyota, Honda, Black and Decker, Hoover, Weight Watchers, United Nations etc...).

My background is advertising and communication. However, 5 years ago, I joined the fast moving world of technology. Combining communication and technology is a perfect fit as the key to success for organizations is how well their customer facing staff can intelligently speak with their consumer to make a sale or increase customer satisfaction.

Coming from a very international background and currently living in Brussels, where CERTPOINT's headquarters are located.
