Project manager ensuring the development and success of sports/news events. Responsible for the organisation of broadcasting facilities set up to accommodate broadcasters during major events. Plan, administrate and coordinate all unilateral bookings and associated production facilities during events. Implement use of production facilities, mobile satellite uplinks, broadcasters workspaces and host coverage distribution. Cooperation with host broadcasters, federations and event organizers. Dialog and negotiation with civil or military local authorities. Management and supervision of ad hoc teams assembled during operations. Manage and coordinate the Eurovision news exchanges. Based on a sound news interest, select and edit incoming news material and share actively in the decision to establish multilateral transmissions in connection with news events. Liaise between the editorial origin, the Eurovision network managers and the receiving broadcasting organisations.
