Package Engineer as specialist of water treatement technologies on the Shell - Pearl C8 water treatment plant (in Join Venture with SAIPEM).

• In charge of design, construction for Reverse Osmosis units, Biotreater, UV units, Aeration grids for sludge stabilisation tank, and several other smaller packages (about 15 ME equipment).
- Work includes preparing/issue of EDRS (Data sheets), Requisitions, Specifications, Technical Bid Analysis, clarification and technical recommendations.
- Driving of the design teams of SAIPEM (civil, instrument, piping) during the engineering phase.

• Flawless Q captain in charge of process integrity. The Flawless Start-Up Initiative encompasses the development and implementation processes by which the risks of potential flaws will be identified, assessed, and addressed during the EPC Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) Phases.

After engineering phase, I am expected to move to Qatar to drive my scope of the project during conctruction and commissioning.

Design and implementation of water treatment units for food grade industries (Frequent business trips in North Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle east), Annecy, France.

• In charge of the carrying out and business management (turnover from 500 kE; to 2.5 ME).
- Technical study (process, mechanical, electricity, automatism, hydraulic), definition of the equipments.
- Scheduling, contractual management, customer relationship (Nestle, Pepsi, Coca cola….).
- Suppliers management (problem specifications, building site meeting…).
- Team leader (responsible for the drawers, automatician, assemblers, other suppliers).
- Building site follow up and commissioning.

Design and implementation of water treatment for energetic, foodgrade and pharmaceutical industries in National production and technical center.

• Carrying out of quotation (Customer : General electric, Nestle, Degussa, ABB…).
• In charge of business management ( turnover from 100 kE to 1.3 ME).
- Technical study (process, mechanical, electricity, automatism, hydraulic), definition of the equipments.
- Scheduling, contractual management, customer and supplier relationship.
- Coordination and team project management
• In charge of technical study of UP CORE demineralisation and desalinisation standards.
• In charge of Cad data base development (PIDEX and PIPING).
