A Senior Consultant is someone who is hands knowledgeable in Hyperion Planning and has a proven track record of succesful implementations. A Senior Consultant has successfully completed Hyperion Planning training and is ready to sit for the product certfication exam within a six month time period of being in the position. A Senior Consultant completes the impementation work assigned in a timely manner and is able to assist in validating the requirements and design of the application. A Senior Consultant is able to perform the routine and non-routine activities in each area of responsibility independently, with minimal coaching and supervision and is able to assist less experienced team members.
Consistent success with individual responsibilities on at least 4 projects over a one-year time period, or equivalent experience.
Financial and/or web application experience
Knowlegeable of financial accounting processes
Able to work well in a team environnment
Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to complete implementation work with minimal direction and assist less experienced team members
Ability to lead parts of a design session
Ability to create drafts of project documentation
Ability to think logically and analytically to determine cause and effect relationships
Planning Experience is a must have
Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS or equivalent experience and three years experience in a related field. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Successful completion of core product training; obtain product certification within 6 months of being in position
Successful completion of other products that make up solution (i.e. tools suite |
