My main activity is to guarantee our partners in the Southern Europe region are technically knowledgable and able to deliver professional services by:
-Participating to complex operations where partner skills or experience may be not at the right level (new lines of product or technology)
-Giving training or knwoledge transfer sessions to technical teams involved in our products
-Providing technical support when needed
-Managing customer implementation of new systems
-Writing or providing specific technical documentation

Other activities may be summarized as follow:
-Providing support to presales engineers or project managers
-Providing consultancy and custom training to customers in my region

Major successful implementations:
BNP Paribas, Cetelem, Accor Hotels, AOL France, Arvato Services, Avis Spain, British Airways Italy, Carrefour (3 systems), Club Internet, HSBC France (2 systems) Greece and Malta, Frequence Plus, Hutchison 3G Italy (11 systems), Shell France, .....

Sector: High Tech

In charge of telecom infrastructure and private telecom provider for Shell in France, supporting all Data (X25, Lan, leased lines) and Telephony links.
Also main contact in Shell France for Telecom needs from providers (France Telecom, Cegetel, Equant)
This function was focused on day to day operations (Pelephony, Lan, Provider, and also has included main projects:
-Setup of a new building network, telephony and cabling.
-Migration on the main office to 100Mb/s Lan including cabling system
-Creation of a Call Center (100 agents / 8000 calls per day)
