The French real estate market is quite different from the American one; no Multi Listing Service exists, regulations are quite different and certain conditions are required to manage property or to rent on a short term basis.
I have lived five years in New York, have legal training, and have previously worked two years in Paris with Christie’s Great estates as head of the Saint Germain/Marais/Pantheon area in the rental department (both furnished an empty) – I would be delighted to offer my services and counsel, most especially to anyone with a similar background or story!
