I am Project Purchaser for diffrents projects (PSP, MUST, GEOLOC) Analysis of the Customer Tender requirements (functional, technical, contractual ..) identification of risks to be flown down to external Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Participation to the Make or Buy process Sourcing Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Identification of potential Sources (RFI, Procurement marketing.) Qualification of the Suppliers : technical capacity - financial evaluation .. Launching and management of the RFQ Negotiation of Contractual Terms and pricing with Suppliers and Sub-contractors to be integrated in EADS DCS Proposal Commitment on the Procurement part of the Bid Build up the Procurement Plan DELIVERY PHASE : during the Project execution (Customer Contract is awarded) : Finalisation Supplier and Sub-Contractors ContractsØ Performing a risk analysis and mitigation planØ Monitoring the procurement Plan evolution Managing the Contracts proper execution and solve any deviation Launch with the Commodity buyers the necessary costs reduction programs | |
