Main duties included ensure timely billing of all customers, manual invoicing, reporting and auditing daily tasks, analyzing and auditing the statistics, keeping close country contact for resolving larger problems, working on several in-house systems in order to verify reason for non billing, solving problems which were the result of incorrect details on the shipping documentation, human mistakes or faulty hardware.
