Our client is a European mining company with deep technical experience in mining industry. Due to its rapid growing business in China, we are looking for an experienced European or Chinese General Manager for its subsidiary near Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. General Manager - Mining Industry
Responsibilities:
-Management of production and maintenance department
-Controlling of power energy and designing new technical solutions according to customer’s requirements
-Providing technical training and knowledge to employees
-Budget control and human resources management
-Close communication with European headquarter
-Report to CEO in Europe
Requirements:
-University degree in mining or mechanical engineering or process technology, ideally with an additional MBA
Deep understanding of mining technology and/or production
-(grinding) process
-Ability to introduce and train employees in new mining technology
-Very good knowledge in business administration and finance
-At least 5 years work experience as a manager in mining or cement industry
-Fluent English oral and written skills, oral Chinese skills are an advantage
-Strong personality with excellent presentation skills
