Team Leader France – SAP Permanent Market

My responsibilities were to manage and develop the French Team (up to 4 people) - working with senior management to ensure effective delivery and over-achievement of targets. My role was to set an example in my personal billings, and add significant value to the team, in order to ensure the continuous coaching and development of the team. Key responsibilities: • Lead and develop the Team • Coach and Mentor Sales consultants and Resources • Lead by example in personal billings • Maximising business and cross selling other Red Commerce offerings where possible • Agreeing and setting weekly, monthly and annual targets with the Team • Prioritising and allocating resource to open requirements • Ensure full distribution of candidates and clients amongst the team and the business | |
