Project: AMENAM 2 – Joint Venture between Saipem and Technip - Client: Total Nigeria – Location: Malaysia/Nigeria
Commissioning on an offshore platform of 8000 tons.
In charge of :
• writing, preparation and realization on site of the Operational Procedures (e.g. OTP of crane, Glycol skid, HP/LP flare scrubber and pumps….)
• writing of miscellaneous procedure (e.g. leak test, load test, hot oil flushing, spading for early gas start, preservation procedure…..),
• preparation and supervision of leak test N2/He done by subcontractor (PSL Singapore)
• preparation of the chemical cleaning and hot oil flushing,
• management of commissioning spare parts and oil/lubricant first fill,
• follow-up of piping and mechanical construction,
• use of ICAPS software and miscellaneous software.

COMMISSIONING DEPUTY MANAGER

Project: YOHO EPC2 – Client: ExxonMobil – Location: Usa/Malaysia
Commissioning on an offshore platform of 12000 tons.
Responsible to coordinate the commissioning activities on site.
In charge of :
• the writing, preparation and realization of the Operational Procedure,
• the follow-up of the pre-commissioning and commissioning progress with WINPCS software,
• the chemical cleaning, hot oil flushing and leak test,
• management of commissioning spare parts.
