An Architect, Analyst, Developer & Hands-on Lead with over seventeen years experience in the IT industry, Luc has specialised in the investment banking field since 1987, covering many areas (Front, Middle, Back, Payments, Settlement, Retail, Accounting, Reporting, FX, MM, Exotics, Credit, Securities and Equities). He is a dynamic team player, with an experience of team coaching, in multicultural environments with challenging technology, within small or large projects. Recent assignments have varied from leading architectural and functional analysis efforts for large financial institutions, to working closer to deploy and integration solutions, and improving software processes.
He got a dedication to Business analysis and modelling, participated to conferences and published regarding that matter, either Data modelling or Business Process life cycle modelling. This is part of the software Process improvements he contributed to since 92, using frameworks like CMM, PSP, TSP, Goldratt, Kilov, RM-ODP, CleanRoom, or Agile methodologies.
Luc has the skills and experience necessary to become involved at any phase of a project, from talking to end users and business experts to draft a strategy and ensure correct representation of domain knowledge and requirements, to hands on writing and testing the software, facing Senior Management Level to Developers; his double background (technical and business) enables him to talk the adequate language, listening deeply and understanding comprehensively, in a living and humanly manner.
